Architecture

Inkerman & Nelson are assertive and yet in tune with the environment from the outset, maintaining the general tone and architectural edge of their surroundings. Each distinctive facade, which appears as six separate but connected structures, draws influence from its particular surroundings.

The townhomes are distinguished by a roomy, adaptable design, have been oriented to the north, and benefit from unique street addresses or safe laneway access. Each light-filled home will have three or four bedrooms and a variety of floor plans, including whole floor living zones on the ground or second floor with a dual aspect and leafy vista. It will be designed by MAArchitects to blend in wonderfully.

Landscape

An Intimate Village

The public and private areas are separated by a succession of straightforward pergolas, which also serve as a framework for dense landscaping. The feature culminates in an inviting tree that sits at the center of the garden, offering possibilities for connection amongst neighbors or simply a moment to appreciate as you go about your day. The feature demarcates a rich garden at eye level.

With planting sections to maximize the usable space and form a green fence around the perimeter, the private gardens are an extension of the house. As a result, the gardens are minimal care but nevertheless lovely, with your own tree to offer shade and gorgeous dappled light.
