The development at 2 Brad Street is proposed to deliver just three residences, creating an intimate residential environment compared with larger townhouse communities. Each home is planned across two levels, providing a format capable of accommodating contemporary living, entertaining and private spaces while maximising the potential of the site. Existing property information records the land at approximately 615 square metres, providing the foundation for its proposed transition from a single residential property to a boutique collection of three homes.
