Discover Cysur: A New Vision for Living in Brunswick
Cysur: Redefining Residential Space at 255-259 Albert Street
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Brunswick, Cysur at 255-259 Albert Street is not just a residential development, but a pioneering approach to urban living. Crafted with the Greek concept of philotimo—focusing on compassion, generosity, and community service—Cysur is designed to enhance life in Brunswick through innovative architectural and communal features.
Architectural Excellence and Design Integrity
Cysur is a collaborative masterpiece between renowned developers and architects including Nine Buildings, AESOP Australia, Molonglo Group, Studio Märkli, Fender Katsalidis Architects, and landscape architect Amanda Oliver Gardens. This ensemble has envisioned a development that intertwines lifestyle with aesthetic appeal, offering 35 new apartments that range from efficient studios to spacious two-bedroom units across six storeys.
The architectural layout innovatively opens up to Albert Street, integrating the historical essence of the locale with modern living. Retaining the charm of Juanito’s coffee shop and a Victorian-era residence, the development introduces a new dynamic to the community fabric with additional retail spaces and public courtyards.
Inside Cysur Apartments
Each unit at Cysur reflects meticulous planning and a commitment to quality living. With floor plans ranging from 23 to 80-square meters, these apartments are designed to maximize natural light and ventilation. Highlights include 3-meter-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful layouts that cater to various lifestyles—be it for cooking enthusiasts, avid readers, or those who cherish a good bath.
Community Living and Environmental Harmony
Cysur goes beyond individual living spaces by promoting a sense of community and environmental integration. The third level features a communal winter garden, complete with a kitchen and a vine-covered pergola, ideal for social gatherings or quiet reflection. The landscape design by Amanda Oliver Gardens features native plants and large canopy trees, creating a lush, green haven that complements the urban environment.
A New Model for Residential Rentals
Innovatively, Cysur adopts a rent-only model to ensure stability and quality of life for its residents. This model promises enhanced tenant-landlord relationships, longer rental terms, and a community-oriented living environment, managed solely by a dedicated entity. This approach not only supports greater tenant security but also fosters a long-term commitment to the well-being of both the residents and the neighborhood.
